The Skeeter Delivery Coordinator has a key role at the end of all projects. This position works closely with the manufacturing and quality departments and sales reps throughout our dealership network. This role is expected to deliver the most accurate documentation and information possible to the customer and dealership network. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth final inspection process with customers, coordinating all required rework, and managing communication between Quality, Production and Sales. The Delivery Coordinator ensures all rework items are completed within the allotted timeframe, whether onsite or through third-party suppliers, and that trucks meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations before delivery. All delivery processes must be done in a timely manner to keep the flow of trucks moving.
Essential Functions:
· Present Skeeter products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding.
· Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge of Skeeter trucks for answering questions about our product offerings.
· Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology inquiries by using factory resources.
· Troubleshoot Vehicle Technology features to demo the function during delivery.
· Master product knowledge on all vehicles before the customer arrives on site or have someone on standby available to assist.
· Develop and practice presentations for all vehicles and their features.
· Assist customers in the delivery of their vehicles and personalize those deliveries to their needs.
· Demonstrate vehicle features, technical and dynamic systems, and controls by pump testing, driving the trucks, and operating in 4x4. Etc.
· Maintain a log of all customer deliveries and record the gig list for each truck.
· Follow up and coordinate the resolution of all gig list/rework items within the specified turnaround time (7–10 days per truck) to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Ensure a smooth and professional final inspection process with customers, including addressing concerns, documenting feedback, and coordinating with Quality and Production.
· Oversee and coordinate rework efforts after final inspection, ensuring items are completed on time either by internal technicians or third-party suppliers.
· Monitor and ensure rework technicians remain on-task and that all corrections meet Skeeter’s quality standards and customer expectations.
· Coordinate closely with Sales staff to meet scheduled and physical delivery of trucks to departments once final inspection and rework are complete.
· Serve as the point of contact for sales teams regarding rework performed, providing updates, explanations, and closure documentation.
· Oversee deliveries for the sales team, ensuring proper information is explained.
· Provide hospitality services to customers while onsite, including coordinating and providing lunch for departments during customer visits.
· Develop, maintain, and distribute hospitality documents that include recommended lodging, dining, and entertainment options in the surrounding area to enhance the customer experience.
· Coordinate and oversee the overall customer experience at Skeeter, including hosting facility tours, ensuring visitors are welcomed professionally, and creating a positive and memorable impression of Skeeter Emergency Vehicles.
· Warranty tracking and data logging post-delivery that provides critical feedback to the production and quality teams.
· Any other related responsibilities assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.

Required education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- AS or BS degree but not required
