The Life Skills Training Center provides dynamic, structured, skill-building opportunities for neurodiverse adults that enrich their lives, promote independence, and support meaningful daily engagement. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly organized Supervisor to join our leadership team.Position Summary:The Supervisor will support the daily operations of the Life Skills Training Center, with a strong focus on staff development and program oversight. This role requires hands-on expertise in staff supervision, program implementation, and program innovation.
