The Life Skills Training Center provides dynamic, structured, skill-building opportunities for neurodiverse adults that enrich their lives, promote independence, and support meaningful daily engagement. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly organized Supervisor to join our leadership team.Position Summary:The Supervisor will support the daily operations of the Life Skills Training Center, with a strong focus on staff development and program oversight. This role requires hands-on expertise in staff supervision, program implementation, and program innovation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with neurodiverse adults and a proven track record in program development and management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the Program Without Walls Day Habilitation programEnsure quality, consistency, and safety across all program activitiesMonitor participant progress and support behavior plans and individualized goalsFacilitate interdisciplinary communication and collaborationSupervise, coach, and support a team of DSPsLead ongoing staff training in best practices for neurodiverse populationsConduct regular performance feedback and evaluationsPromote a positive, professional, and mission-aligned team environmentWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis position is on-site at SJJCC and requires full in-person presence.The role is physically active and includes moving throughout the building and accompanying participants in the community.Responsibilities may involve supporting mobility needs, assisting with hands-on program activities, and participating in community outings.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (required)Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with neurodiverse adultsExperience supervising staff, delivering training, and implementing behavioral or support plansStrong communication, organizational, and leadership abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join SJJCCMission-driven, inclusive, community-focused organizationOpportunity to make a direct and meaningful impactCollaborative environment with professional development opportunitiesCompensation details: 60000-650000 Yearly SalaryPI82c3db8c6601-25405-39144059
