We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of paint
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met and touch up as necessary
• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to maintain a safe work environment
• Estimate materials and labor costs for projects and assist in project planning
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any repairs needed
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and application techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of protective gear
