SICAM provides multiple services to take 3D CAD designs and transform them into prototypes and finished products.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Additive Manufacturing Engineer, located in Somerville, NJ. The Additive Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for facilitating and overseeing manufacturing processes, managing and operating additive manufacturing equipment, and ensuring product quality and development. The role involves close collaboration with the engineering and manufacturing teams to convert concepts and CAD designs into tangible products.
- Experience in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles
- Proficiency in Machining techniques and equipment operation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in additive manufacturing or related roles is a plus
