Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns.
  • Process and follow up on customer orders, returns, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support inside sales efforts by preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of logistical transactions and inventory levels.
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials for shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Support management with special projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service representative, inside sales, account management, or office administration.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects.
  • Must be a quick learner and problem-solver.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and interact effectively with all levels of management and other teammates.
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to lift light office supplies.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
