Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns.
- Process and follow up on customer orders, returns, and inquiries.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support inside sales efforts by preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain records of logistical transactions and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials for shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support management with special projects and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer service representative, inside sales, account management, or office administration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects.
- Must be a quick learner and problem-solver.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and interact effectively with all levels of management and other teammates.
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to lift light office supplies.
- Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel
