Position Summary
The IT Change Management Specialist supports the planning and execution of change activities related to end-user technology, internal IT operations, and associated business processes. The role focuses on communication, project coordination, and documentation to ensure that technology initiatives are delivered effectively and stakeholders remain informed throughout the change lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies for new tools, systems, and processes in the digital workplace environment.
- Create clear and audience-appropriate communications including presentations, FAQs, release notes, and talking points for technology rollouts.
- Collaborate with product owners, program managers, and service teams to maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers.
- Document discussions, decisions, and action items from operational meetings and working sessions.
- Maintain governance documentation, templates, and reporting used by the TechCare Blueprint Operations team.
- Coordinate readiness activities, user impact assessments, and feedback collection for IT changes.
- Partner with internal communications teams to ensure alignment on enterprise messaging.
- Support continuous improvement of change enablement processes within the digital workplace.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT change management, project coordination, or communications within a technology-focused or digital workplace environment.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, concise content.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and visual materials.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience with project and collaboration tools such as Airtable, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with communication platforms such as Slack or Webex.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Creates clear, relevant communications for various stakeholder groups.
