Must Haves
- Proven experience leading organizational change management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs
- Strong background conducting readiness assessments and developing organizational alignment strategies
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility and influence within complex project environments
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic objectives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Ability to identify project risks, adoption challenges, and operational gaps and develop mitigation plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of internal staff, consultants, and external partners
- Exceptional organizational, reporting, and documentation capabilities
Salary : $50 - $55
