This position is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems for electronic products. This position requires a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision, innovation, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype mechanical enclosures, mounting systems, and cooling solutions for electronic devices
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and product teams to integrate mechanical and electronic components
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks
- Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for cost-effective production
- Support design validation through testing, analysis, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to documentation, bill of materials (BOM), and change management processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks)
- Understanding of thermals, vibration, and mechanical stress principles
- Experience in electronics or PCB-related mechanical design is a plus
