Job Description:
Key duties include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing electrical issues, reading blueprints and schematics, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role also involves working with high-voltage systems, PLCs (programmable logic controllers), motors, and instrumentation specific to mineral processing environments.
Electricians in this setting must be comfortable working in demanding industrial conditions, including high temperatures, dust, and confined spaces. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
