We’re looking for driven, people-focused Real Estate Agents to serve the Northern Kentucky market. This is an independent contractor role with unlimited income potential and complete flexibility—full time, part time, or side hustle.
There is no on-site requirement, but you’ll have full access to our Florence and Cold Spring offices for training, support, and workspace whenever you want.
You’ll help clients buy, sell, and rent homes while managing your own schedule, business growth, and brand—with the full backing of Sibcy Cline’s tools, training, and marketing power.
- Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions
- Market properties using our industry-leading tools and resources
- Conduct pricing and market analyses
- Schedule and host showings and open houses
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Deliver outstanding customer service from start to finish
- A valid Real Estate License (or willingness to pursue one)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Self-motivation, organization, and a goal-driven mindset
- Ability to learn and use real estate tools and technology
- A desire to build a business with no income ceiling
