Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving complex challenges, and supporting commercial and financial operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage customer relationships, account activities, and escalations.
Review account balances, transactions, financial exposure, and hedging requirements.
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate customer onboarding, transactions, and issue resolution.
Support process improvements and provide guidance to team members.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in customer success, account management, financial operations, or logistics.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Experience in manufacturing, metals recycling, or commodities is a plus!
