At Sibanye-Stillwater, every role supports our mission to operate safely, responsibly, and sustainably. We are seeking an Electronic Material Classification Team Lead to support sorting, dismantling, and classification operations while providing frontline guidance to the team.

This role focuses on supporting daily operations, ensuring quality and productivity standards, and assisting in training and coordination of team members in a fast paced production environment.

Job Purpose

Support daily operations and team performance by guiding technicians, ensuring safe practices, and maintaining efficient material classification processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day to day operations of electronic material classification and dismantling
• Provide guidance and direction to team members on tasks and priorities
• Assist with training and onboarding of new employees
• Ensure materials are properly sorted, classified, and prepared for processing
• Monitor workflow to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Promote and enforce safety procedures and proper PPE usage
• Communicate with supervisors regarding production needs and issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in manufacturing, recycling, or material processing preferred
• Previous lead or informal leadership experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to reliably commute to our Fairless Hills location as public transportation is not available
  
  

Compliance And Physical Requirements

• Must meet ITAR and NAID requirements
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and medical clearance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with required PPE
  
  

Schedule And Benefits

• Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
