Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands on Department Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and cost effective operations within our Foundry Department. This day shift role provides frontline leadership, drives production performance, and supports continuous improvement in a fast paced metal processing environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead day-to-day Foundry operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and production targets
• Supervise, coach, and develop department leads and frontline teams
• Coordinate resources and workflows to maximize throughput and minimize downtime
• Monitor KPIs, address performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross functionally to support operational goals
  
  

What You Bring

• Two or more years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, foundry, or metal processing environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Lean or continuous improvement experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel; data analytics experience is a plus
