Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations within our Granulation Department. This hands-on role focuses on operating and monitoring granulation equipment to ensure materials are processed accurately and safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You Will Do

• Operate granulation and processing equipment in accordance with established procedures
• Monitor equipment performance and material flow to ensure quality and efficiency
• Load, unload, and stage materials for processing
• Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment checks as assigned
• Identify and report equipment issues or process deviations
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures
  
  

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in manufacturing, processing, or industrial operations preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operating instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access
  
  

Schedule & Benefits

• 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills

Compliance Requirements

• Must meet ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements
