Job Summary
Under the direction of senior leadership, the Director of Charter Compliance, Enrollment and Attendance provides system-wide leadership and strategic oversight for student enrollment, attendance accounting, withdrawals, charter administration, and organizational compliance. The role serves as the primary compliance owner for student-related operational data and reporting, ensuring alignment with California Department of Education requirements, charter authorizers, and state and federal regulations. The Director manages charter renewals and new site development, oversees contracts and partnerships, and supervises central office functions including student data services. The position also facilitates internal audits, supports ethical and compliant practices across all schools and programs, acts as a key liaison with authorizers and partner agencies, and contributes to board governance, strategic planning, policy development, and continuous organizational improvement aligned with SIATech’s mission and goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred Minimum of 3 years’ direct experience in K-12 environment in administrative services, charter school oversight, compliance, contracts and other related areas Senior leadership experience in a California Charter School with multiple locations preferred Experience with negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts and MOU Please upload a cover letter and resume along with your completed application.
