📝 About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Systems Configuration Manager to take the lead in managing and configuring insurance programs in Vertafore IMS. This critical role will serve as both the Project Manager and Lead Configuration Specialist, overseeing the full lifecycle of IMS implementations—from rater setups and carrier integrations to document automation.

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Lead all IMS Insurance Program implementations as project manager and configuration lead.
- Manage Lloyds and Domestic carrier configurations within the IMS platform.
- Implement IMS raters, working with underwriting and actuarial teams to ensure rating accuracy.
- Deploy document automation solutions including tag mapping using IMS toolsets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements and drive execution.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations and workflows.
- Standardize and improve IMS configuration practices across the organization.
✅ What You Bring
- 5 years of project management experience (insurance systems/projects).
- 5 years of Vertafore IMS expertise, including:
- Insurance program implementations.
- Carrier integrations (Lloyds & Domestic).
- Rater configuration.
- Document automation & tag mapping.
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows and rating methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Experience mentoring or leading configuration teams.
