Working closely with a Senior Consultant, you’ll support a wide range of client services, including:
- Assist with HR and safety program audits, policy and procedure development, and implementation of HR technology solutions
- Help clients track incidents, training participation, and corrective actions, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Configure and deploy benefits administration systems, supporting client onboarding and adoption
- Deliver virtual client training via Microsoft Teams, including demonstrations, troubleshooting, and system support
- Research employment law, OSHA requirements, and industry‑specific safety standards, translating complex information into clear, practical guidance
- Prepare client reports, training materials, and communications
- Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams to deliver integrated, high‑quality client solutions
- Track client requests and maintain documentation to ensure responsive follow‑up and service excellence
- Foundational knowledge of Employment Law, OSHA regulations, and safety compliance
- Client consulting and relationship‑building skills
- HR and benefits technology implementation expertise
- Confidence delivering professional training and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, risk management, or a related field (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in insurance, HR, safety, or compliance
- Currently P&C licensed in North Carolina or the ability to become licensed
- Experience with Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platforms (strongly preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Teams to virtually meet with clients, conduct training, and troubleshoot system errors
