About The Position
As a Recruiting Representative, you’re the engine of our operation. This is a full-time role where you’ll spend your days doing what actually grows a staffing business: finding great companies, understanding their needs, filling their roles, and keeping them happy so they stay with us long-term.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Engaging with potential clients
- Helping manage their hiring needs
- Running recruitment processes
- Coordinating interviews and placements
- Ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both clients and candidates

Qualifications
- 2 years of staffing experience required
- Strong communication relationship-building skills
- Ability to connect with clients and maintain long-term partnerships
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or any client-facing role
- Familiarity with light industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
- Results-driven mentality — you like winning and hitting targets
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
