Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients and nonprofit organizations at events, promotional campaigns, and community initiatives
- Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community members
- Support marketing, outreach, and customer engagement campaigns
- Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally
- Assist with client and campaign reporting, tracking, and performance updates
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and campaign results
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and event teams to meet campaign goals
