Senior Automation Test Engineer
Location : HartFort CT USA - onsite
Seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in Playwright, C#, API testing, SQL, Azure DevOps, and AI-driven testing.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation using C#
- Develop and maintain UI and API automation frameworks
- API testing using Postman and RestSharp
- Database validation and backend testing using SQL
- Integrate automation tests with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Create sprint and regression test cases
- Analyze failures, report defects, and improve automation coverage
- Strong understanding of STLC, Agile and QA standards
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot for test generation, scripting and debugging
- Ability to create or work with AI testing agents
- Validate AI-generated code, prompts, outputs and guardrails
- Lead automation strategy, define standards and guide offshore teams
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- Onsite position
