About the Role
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to join our Los Angeles team. This role focuses on building and expanding partnerships with jewelry retailers, driving revenue growth, and representing the SHY CREATION brand with professionalism and care.
This is a full-time W-2 position offering competitive compensation, structure, and support — along with meaningful opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and deepen relationships with existing and prospective retail partners
• Grow sales by expanding current accounts and identifying new opportunities
• Represent the SHY CREATION brand at appointments, trade shows, events, and in-store visits
• Develop strategic sales plans and execute with discipline and follow-through
• Provide exceptional service and support to retailers, ensuring strong sell-through and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights, inventory needs, and opportunities
• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and account records
• Participate in regional travel for partner visits and industry events (expenses covered)
Qualifications
• Wholesale jewelry or luxury goods sales experience strongly preferred
• Existing relationships with jewelry retailers is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and manage a territory
• Self-motivated with strong organization and follow-through
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for fine jewelry, style, and craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary plus commission, with an expected total annual range of $60,000–$100,000 , depending on experience and performance
