As an Equipment Builder, you will…
- Produce boat hoist and lift components by assembling parts and subassemblies to produce one, large product.
- Install engines and compartments, pumps, tires, conduit and hydraulic lines.
- Assemble and install parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto large equipment utilizing power equipment and wrenching techniques
- Lift and stack completed subassemblies and parts
- Use overhead and jib cranes as needed to move steel beams and columns
- All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
- Have experience reading blueprints
- Have previous mechanical experience and/or be mechanically inclined
- Have high attention to detail
- Be able to follow verbal and written work instructions in English
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- 2nd shift has a four-day work week and shift differential pay
