Join our growing team as an Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will help keep our office running smoothly while providing excellent customer support. Your organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail will play an important role in assisting customers, managing reservations, and supporting daily office operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computers and communicating with customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and reservations
- Book and manage customer reservations and appointments
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and through email
- Create and organize documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records and files
- Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
- Support general office administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized office workspace
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle calls efficiently
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous office assistant, receptionist, or administrative experience
- Experience with scheduling or reservation systems
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
Work Environment
This is an in-office position in Fayetteville, NC supporting the operations of Woodway Management & Co. and affiliated transportation services including Shuttle Buddy.
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
