3rd Shift: Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm every other Thursday (Peak) / Thursday-Saturday 5am-5pm (Non-Peak) | $1 Shift Differential

What You'll Do Here

• Participate in all Shutterfly warehousing functions in a safe, professional manner consistent with all guidelines and rules.
• Provide uncompromising service to all Shutterfly warehousing customers in a swift, accurate, and professional manner.
• Step into the role of the Warehouse Manager when the Warehouse Manager is absent.
  
  

The Skills You'll Bring

• 2 years working in a warehouse supervisory role
• Ability to execute and be competent in all lower level functions
• Maintain all administrative warehouse functions such as safety certifications, daily manifest receipts, training documents, etc.
• Operate Forklift, Box Truck, Scissor Lift, and any additional equipment that requires certification
• Mathematical competency and comfortable with algebraic manipulation
• Advanced Excel competence
• Understands the concept of data types, and comfortable with text/number conversions
• Capable of building and testing complex nested formulae
• Understanding and application of basic principles of good spreadsheet design, including formula consistency and avoiding embedded constants
• Advanced use of pivot tables - e.g. external data connections, or calculated fields
• Can use the macro recorder
• Tracing formula precedents, dependents, and errors, locating invalid data or formulas, and correcting errors in formulas
• Performing What-If analysis
