Shutterfly’s Audience Growth and Engagement team is seeking someone who is intensely data-driven, creates data to drive key business decisions, and is results orientated. This leader will own defining, building, and scaling metrics and analytics across our customer segmentation, personalization, growth marketing, and customer engagement leaders. In this role, you’ll help proactive partner with business leaders to develop KPIs, actionable insights, and establish automated processes for scaling reporting. Additionally, this role will lead the strategic inputs needed for qual and quant research.
What You'll Do Here:- Quantifying TAM and MSS potential across Shutterfly products to better define success metrics
- Socialize analytical learnings of greatest importance and help guide areas of actionability
- Identifying sources of truth, including when and where to leverage external partners and data sources
- Quantify the impacts of test campaigns and potential cannibalization effects
- Own audience research strategies and identifying opportunities across the customer journey
- 8+ years in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, marketing insights or related field
- 3+ years in leading various marketing programs in either customer segmentation, marketing personalization, consumer insights, consulting or marketing analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Cognitive Psychology, Marketing or related field
- Hands-on experience in developing both qualitative and quantitative research programs
- Strong storyteller that leverages data and insights at the core
- Analytical experience working with statistical modeling and/or data science teams
