About The Role
As a trusted Executive Assistant, you’ll act as a trusted partner—owning complex scheduling, high-touch meeting coordination, and day-to-day executive support. You’ll also serve as a key liaison between the executive and their direct reports, and internal/external stakeholders (including board members and private equity partners), while protecting confidentiality and ensuring a polished experience for everyone involved.

About The Role
As a trusted Executive Assistant, you’ll act as a trusted partner—owning complex scheduling, high-touch meeting coordination, and day-to-day executive support. You’ll also serve as a key liaison between the executive and their direct reports, and internal/external stakeholders (including board members and private equity partners), while protecting confidentiality and ensuring a polished experience for everyone involved.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a complex, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones; drive meeting discipline and protect priorities.
- Coordinate high-profile meetings end-to-end (pre-reads, logistics, attendees, technology setup, run-of-show, and follow-ups).
- Plan and coordinate travel and itineraries; handle changes quickly and calmly.
- Organize and maintain confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Support key projects by tracking milestones, coordinating cross-functional partners, and ensuring timely execution.
- Handle executive support needs including expense reporting, invoice/admin processing as needed, and ad hoc requests.
- Provide informal leadership and support to the Executive Assistant community—sharing best practices and enabling collaboration.
- 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (or similar), supporting C-level executives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- High judgment, discretion, and integrity—trusted with sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and anticipatory—able to spot issues early and act.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new tools quickly.
- Experience supporting leaders in a private-equity-backed environment is a plus.
