Borrowlenses.com is looking for an energetic shipping associate to join our growing team. This position will take on responsibilities within the shipping department and assist with day to day tasks within Borrowlenses's daily operations.
What You'll Do Here:- Ship orders to customers
- Resolve issues as they occur
- Communicate with shipping carriers
- Data keeping of incorrectly pulled equipment and general issues that may occur
- Monitor request from customers so they can be relayed to the proper department
- Monitor equipment brought out from the inventory department
- Assist in other areas of operations as needed
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- Basic knowledge of photography and video equipment
- Experience in a fast-paced enviroment
- Experience in a team-based environment
- Bachelor's degree or equal work experience is preferred
- Ability to frequently lift and move 5 pounds ( and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds)
