Job Title: Entry-Level Painter (Full-Time, Seasonal)
We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as entry-level painters. No prior experience is necessary—paid training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and gain hands-on experience in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming)
- Apply paint and stain to surfaces such as walls, decks, and fences
- Safely use ladders and scaffolding when required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet quality standards
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders/scaffolding
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time (seasonal, through the end of August)
- Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Hours: 20–40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Additional Compensation: Bonus opportunities may be available
Location Requirements:
- Must be able to reliably commute to Lawrence, KS or Topeka, KS
- Work is performed in person at various job sites
