We are seeking a full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to clients, process requests with precision, and support our producers with their daily account needs. Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Process billing inquiries, payments, and adjustments
- Handle service requests and complete policy changes accurately
- Manage mortgagee requests and issue certificates as needed
- Conduct renewal reviews to ensure client satisfaction and coverage accuracy
