Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Kiosk Associate located in Birmingham, AL in Costco. The Kiosk Associate will engage with customers, answer inquiries about flooring products and services, manage kiosk displays, and maintain a welcoming and professional environment. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, assisting with promotional activities, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive customer experience by being attentive to customer needs.
Qualifications
Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 5 days/week
Location: Inside Costco (kiosk)
Responsibilities:
Hand out flooring flyers
Engage members and answer basic questions
Promote the Costco Flooring Program
Set in-home consultation appointments
Pay: $15/hour bonus per appointment set additional bonus if the job is sold
Requirements:
Friendly and outgoing
Comfortable speaking with customers
Must wear a provided Shunnarah Flooring vest
Goal: Generate leads by setting appointments
