Job Summary
We are a roofing materials supply company looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist contractors and customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and contractors with roofing material orders
- Provide product information and pricing quotes
- Process orders and coordinate deliveries
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
- Work closely with the warehouse and outside sales team
- Maintain accurate records in the sales system
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in roofing, construction, or building materials is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Compensation
- Base salary commission/bonus (depending on experience)
