The Role: What You’ll Do
- Win the Business: Conduct in-home consultations, assess roof health (climbing ladders is a must), and close the deal.
- Grow Your Territory: Actively generate new business by engaging with homeowners surrounding your active job sites and cultivating a referral network.
- Lead the Build: You are on-site and hands-on. You’ll review project details with our crews, ensure materials are delivered (sometimes bringing them yourself), and manage the project timeline.
- Be the Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison between the homeowner and the production team to ensure a 5-star experience.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
1 year of Sales or Project Management (Preferred)
Physicality:
Must be able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Logistics:
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Mindset:
Willingness to engage in "radius marketing" (talking to neighbors around active jobs).
