Parts Counter Specialist — Shults Ford Wexford

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate parts guidance and product knowledge, with a focus on Ford vehicles (Ford experience a plus)
• Process orders, invoices, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory integrity, stock levels, and a clean, organized workspace.
• Manage phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Support departmental goals and contribute to top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on OEM parts programs, accessories, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Automotive parts experience required; Ford parts experience strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory management systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
