Key Responsibilities:
- Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
- Provide accurate parts guidance and product knowledge, with a focus on Ford vehicles (Ford experience a plus)
- Process orders, invoices, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory integrity, stock levels, and a clean, organized workspace.
- Manage phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Support departmental goals and contribute to top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on OEM parts programs, accessories, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Automotive parts experience required; Ford parts experience strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Proficiency with computers and inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
