Richard Bazzy’s Shults Auto Group is expanding our Service Business Development Center (BDC), and we’re looking for motivated phone professionals ready to support one of the most important areas of our dealership — our Service Department.
If you have experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or a call center environment and enjoy helping customers while driving results, this is your opportunity to build a long-term career in automotive service operations.
We are a multi-dealership automotive group serving the greater Pittsburgh area, generating over $100 million annually and continuing to grow. Our service departments are high-volume, fast-paced, and customer-focused. Our BDC team plays a critical role in keeping our service bays full and our customers satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding maintenance reminders and declined services
- Contact customers about recalls, recommended services, and special service campaigns
- Re-engage inactive service customers
- Support Service Advisors by ensuring appointments are properly scheduled
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience during every interaction
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Dependable with solid time management
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and dealership software
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required
