Shults Ford Auto Group is actively hiring experienced Flat Rate Automotive Technicians to join one of the busiest Ford service operations in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
Technicians will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in the following areas:
- Gasoline Engine Repair & Performance
- Steering & Suspension
- Electrical Systems
- Climate Control
- Automatic Transmission
- Brake Systems
- Powertrain Control & Emissions Diagnosis
- Advanced Vehicle Technology & Driver Assistance Systems
Additional responsibilities include:
- Performing accurate diagnostics and quality repairs efficiently
- Maintaining productivity and flagged hours in a fast-paced environment
- Continuously learning new Ford technology and repair procedures
- Working with service management to identify training opportunities
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Communicating repair recommendations effectively
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have:
- Proven flat rate technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to efficiently manage workflow and productivity
- Experience using scan tools and electrical diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read schematics and flowcharts
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal tools required for repairs performed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Ford certification and dealership experience required
