Position Responsibilities:
- Perform structural, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs according to OEM standards
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles using proper repair procedures
- Ensure high-quality fit, finish, and safety on every repair
- Work efficiently within a production team environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Auto Body Repair experience preferred
- I-CAR or OEM certifications a plus (but not required—training provided!)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet production timelines
