Shulman Rogers' Real Estate Department seeks a Commercial Real Estate attorney. The successful candidate will have at least 6 years' experience as an attorney with substantial commercial office and retail leasing experience, including both landlord-side and tenant-side representation. Additional transactional commercial real estate experience is recommended but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiate and draft commercial office and retail leases and related documents.
- Negotiate and draft transactional commercial real estate documents.
- Review and summarize due dligence materials.
- Conduct closings and complete pot-closing documents and administration.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 6 years experience as an attorney with commercial and transactional real estate experience.
- MD Bar license required, DC and/or VA a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

Salary : $170,000 - $225,000
