Automotive Shop Assistant / Parts & Customer Support
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
We are a well-established independent Mercedes-Benz and BMW repair shop that has proudly served our community for over 40 years. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual who enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and supporting a fast-paced automotive repair shop.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career with a growing independent shop. No extensive automotive experience is required—we are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, confidence when speaking with others, and a strong desire to learn.
Primary Responsibilities
- Order and receive automotive parts
- Stock and organize inventory
- Label and organize parts for technicians
- Deliver parts to technicians as needed throughout the day
- Assist with scheduling customer appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with basic questions
- Direct technical or diagnostic questions to the appropriate service advisor or technician
- Perform light office and shop cleaning to help maintain a professional work environment
- Occasionally wash or prepare customer vehicles
- Assist wherever needed to keep the shop operating efficiently
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts when necessary

Schedule
Monday through Thursday
7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Enjoy a consistent four-day work week with three-day weekends.
