Digital Marketer Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Plans and executes web, database marketing, email, and social media
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
- Measures and reports performance of digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
Digital Marketer Skills and Values:
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Effective use of LinkedIn as the primary social media platform
- Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills including using AI
- Ability to analyze data and report insights clearly
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Self-motivated while customer-focused
Digital Marketer Experience:
- Two years
- Proficient use of Canva
- Knowledge with A/B and multivariate experiments would be useful
- Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools would be useful
