Role Description The Bar Back role at Shuffle is a part-time, on-site position based in Tampa, FL. Day-to-day responsibilities include restocking bar supplies, maintaining clean and organized bar areas, and supporting bartenders by preparing garnishes,filling sauces, refilling ice, and ensuring glassware and tools are ready for service. The Bar Back helps deliver prompt, courteous service to guests by assisting with food and beverage runners, clearing tables, and maintaining overall cleanliness. This role also involves following safety and hygiene standards, coordinating with the bar and kitchen teams, and helping ensure an efficient, enjoyable experience for guests throughout their visit.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage courteously with guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience or familiarity with Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including basic bar and restaurant procedures.
- Ability to participate in and support Training, including learning bar standards, safety practices, and operating procedures.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Capacity to stand, walk, lift, and carry supplies throughout shifts, following health and safety guidelines.
- Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
