To ensure this commitment to quality and freshness, Blue Island Oyster Bar and Seafood has partnered with Chris Quartuccio of Blue Island Shellfish Farms in Long Island, NY to bring you almost daily shipments of seasonal oysters and seafood favorites such as Steamed Mussels, Lobster Rolls, Clam Chowder, Crab Cakes, and fish like halibut, Icelandic cod, and salmon, to name a few.
Of course, any restaurant wouldn't be complete without a well-rounded bar menu with an emphasis on craft cocktails, beer and wine, ready to pair or enjoy solo.
Our approach is simple: create honest food and drinks and serve them in a relaxed, casual environment. In short, Blue Island Oyster Bar and Seafood is inspired by the generations of oyster farmers and fisherman from coast to coast, who strive to bring you great seafood at an approachable price.
We take extreme pride in our partnership with the Oyster Farm in Long Island, NY. In fact, in the five years we have been open, we've sent over 12 employees on all expense paid vacations to the oyster farm where they tour the farm, visit Manhattan and enjoy the coastal life!
Job Description

We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly-motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates should be passionate about high quality food and service. A strong personal commitment is necessary to complete the training process.
