Your Front-Door Impact
As a Patient Access Guest Relations professional, you’re the first, confident connection for patients, visitors, and the public—setting the tone for a smooth, safe arrival experience at our Cortez campus. You help people feel oriented, informed, and cared for from the moment they enter or call.
Key responsibilities include answering and routing incoming calls; greeting and directing patients/families to the right care area; supporting check-in flow by tracking patients needing registration and distributing them to Patient Access staff; paging announcements and emergency code calls; maintaining a clean lobby/entrance; checking in contractors/guests and issuing security badges; and monitoring infection prevention protocols (including temperature/symptom screening and PPE distribution) while enforcing visitor policy.
Required qualifications/skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clear English communication (written and verbal); additional languages preferred
- Strong customer service, basic computer skills, and professionalism
- Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and regulatory compliance
