Utilize your training and experience as you provide ICU patient care in one of California’s Top-10 Ranked Independent Hospitals located in a safe, medium-sized, world-famous community along the Central Coast of California!
HOSPITAL/UNIT DETAILS:
- 258-bed regional hospital
- 20-bed mixed ICU unit (includes MICU and CIVCU)
- Non-trauma designated unit
POSITION DETAILS OF CRITICAL CARE REGISTERED NURSE:
- Day shifts and night shifts available
- Fulltime, 0.9 FTE position (72-hours per pay period)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OF ICU RN:
- Up to $15,000 in relocation based on distance!
- Shift differentials up to $10/hr!
- Hourly rates start between $69.48/hr - $79.68/hr based on experience!
- 200 Hours of PTO first year; increases to 265 beginning third year!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS OF ICU REGISTERED NURSE:
- A minimum of two years of critical care experience
- Heart experience preferred, but not required
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
- Current California RN license (or ability to obtain a CA license)
- BLS Certification required (upon hire)
- ACLS Certification required (at conclusion of new hire orientation)
- PALS Certification (within six months following hire date)
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) Preferred, but not required
