Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing tools, parts, and equipment on the tool truck daily.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift 50lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Assist with sales and collect money.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of tools and supplies; restock items as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing technician needs promptly and professionally during daily operations.
- Prior dealership experience or background working with service technicians is highly preferred but willing to train motivated individual.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
