Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize recipes and plate presentations
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:

We are a family owned Italian restaurant with a complete bar. We offer specialty cocktails and imported wines. We cook from scratch, family recipes and fresh ingredients. We have a vegetable and herb garden on the property. We are looking for someone who truly has a passion for cooking authentic Italian food, good work relationships, and creativity.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
