Summary
The IT Strategy & Resource Planning Lead is responsible for supporting the strategic direction, coordination, and optimization of the organization’s NetSuite environment and systems that coordinate with Netsuite. This role serves as a key partner between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to help ensure NetSuite initiatives are properly prioritized, resourced, and aligned to organizational goals.
This position requires a blend of NetSuite knowledge, operational coordination, strategic thinking, and project planning capabilities. The ideal candidate can balance day-to-day platform needs while helping drive longer-term improvements, enhancements, and enterprise initiatives.

Hybrid Schedule (3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote):
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with Tuesday through Thursday in office and Monday and Friday remote. Employees must be available during standard business hours, with core hours beginning between 8:00–9:00 a.m. and concluding between 5:00–6:00 p.m. local time.

The hiring range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. Responsibilities
Strategic Coordination & Planning
- Support the development and execution of the NetSuite roadmap aligned to business and operational priorities.
- Partner with business leaders and technical teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and help prioritize initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating business processes and recommending scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Help identify dependencies, risks, and resource needs across NetSuite-related initiatives.
- Coordinate resourcing needs for NetSuite projects, enhancements, support activities, and integrations.
- Support planning efforts across internal teams, consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Monitor workload distribution, project timelines, and competing priorities to help ensure efficient delivery.
- Escalate risks, bottlenecks, or capacity concerns impacting NetSuite initiatives.
- Support ongoing administration, enhancement tracking, and operational improvements within the NetSuite ecosystem.
- Coordinate testing, documentation, issue tracking, and deployment activities related to NetSuite updates and changes.
- Help maintain governance standards, documentation, and process consistency.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, reporting, automation, and user experience.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams, IT, and external NetSuite partners.
- Track vendor deliverables, timelines, and follow-up items to support successful execution.
- Facilitate meetings, status updates, and communication regarding NetSuite priorities and progress.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and status updates related to NetSuite initiatives and operational health.
- Help track KPIs, adoption metrics, issue trends, and platform improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts that increase efficiency, visibility, and operational effectiveness.
- 7 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite, ERP systems, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience coordinating projects, operational workflows, or system enhancements in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise with ERP systems and ideally Netsuite
- Ability to both envision and direct a greater strategy for the platform, while diving into and managing day-to-day details with Netsuite.
- Ability to effectively leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve overall work quality.
