What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data engineer position at Shrive Technologies?
We are seeking a Technical Lead , Data Engineering with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake-based cloud data warehousing and modern ELT development using dbt (Core or Cloud), with deep proficiency in advanced SQL, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Data Vault), incremental and snapshot strategies, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Snowflake. The candidate must have experience designing scalable, production-grade ELT pipelines, implementing CI/CD for dbt, integrating orchestration tools, and enforcing data quality through automated testing and observability frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud platforms and security in Snowflake, version control (Git), and DevOps-driven deployment practices is required, along with demonstrated experience leading technical design reviews and mentoring data engineering teams and work in onsite-offshore model mentoring the offshore members to drive delivery
