Onshore Cerner Technical Consultant must have experience in performing AMS support for large healthcare including SLA & KPI based delivery, ITIL SCRUM based Operations and project delivery experience. Strong Cerner Functional Breadth, preferred experience in Delivery Role with Large US Healthcare

SLA/SLO tracking and reporting
Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction
On call / after hours coverage model
Security, Access & Compliance Awareness
Resolution of Incidents and Service Requests (RITM), preparing and presenting RCAs and problem and Knowledge Management.
