BA with Jira & Confluence

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to oversee the delivery, enhancement. The responsibilities of a Business Analyst, requiring a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and continuous improvement

Business Analysis

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  
  

Team Management

• Coordinate team activities, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Champion Scrum methodology within the team, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, promoting continuous improvement and adaptability.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Familiarity with demand management practices and tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Scrum methodology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Certification in Agile methodologies
