Job Description
- Develop and enhance SAP Spartacus storefronts for SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build responsive and scalable web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular (16/14/10/9), and Spartacus (2211/6.x).
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful web services from Java backend.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance, security, and scalability.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and improve existing storefronts, troubleshoot issues during SIT, UAT, and production support.
- Incorporate best practices around code quality, testing, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in frontend development, focused on SAP Spartacus and SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Angular (16), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience working with SAP Spartacus (2211/6.x).
- Strong knowledge of client-side integration using RESTful Web Services.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like LESS, SASS.
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Material UI,
- Knowledge of Java, J2EE, SAP Hybris, and Backend integration.
- Version control using GitHub, Bitbucket.
- Build tools: Maven, Gulp, Grunt, NPM.
- Testing frameworks: Jasmine, Karma.
- Additional Skills:
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum projects.
- Expertise in debugging, code optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
- SAP Commerce Cloud Developer Certification.
- SAP Certified Associate - Business User - SAP Commerce Cloud.
